Copenhagen-based alternative rock trio Pushing Daisy is set to release their new single “No Way Out” on Friday, February 27, 2026. The track marks a bold, uncompromising step forward for the

“No Way Out” is a guitar-driven rock anthem that exploresinner struggles, resistance, and the determination to move forward when escape is no longer an option.With its raw intensity and memorable chorus, the track delivers an immediate, visceral listening experience.The single is self-produced by the band and mastered by acclaimed engineer Brian Mørk (Drew Sycamore,Guldimund, Christopher). Founded in Copenhagen by songwriter Roelof Witmans and drummer Christian Holst Ebert, Pushing Daisy has grown into a strong trio with the addition of bassist Jesper Brogaard, creating a distinctive sound andcommanding stage presence. The band is renowned for their energetic, high-impact live performances and their uncompromising approach to alternative rock.

Pushing Daisy explores the boundaries between grunge and hard rock with their latest release "Reflections"

Danish rock band Pushing Daisy is ready to take listeners on a musical journey with their new album "Reflections," which will be officially released on March 1, 2024. The band, which has its roots in Copenhagen, has previously made its mark with two EPs and a single, and their latest release promises to be an epic chapter in their collective musical journey.

"Reflections" isn't just another album for Pushing Daisy; it is a deeply personal and powerful reflection on life, love and the constant search for identity. "This is not just a milestone musically, but to that extent a redemption for us as people," says drummer Christian Ebert. The album, which was recorded, produced and mixed by the band's own members Christian Ebert (drums) and Roelof Witmans (vocals/guitar/bass) in Yellow Metro Studio, has also received a professional touch of mastering by Brian Mørk (known for working with Drew Sycamour, Nicklas Sahl, Christopher).

With strong roots in grunge, hard rock, modern rock and alternative rock, Pushing Daisy delivers a sound universe that both evokes memories of the 90s rock scene and at the same time manages to create something new and unique. The band's members have over time collaborated with several established artists in the Danish music industry, and "Reflections" is a result of the collective passion and experience they bring to the table.

Pushing Daisy invites listeners to take part in their musical journey, where every track on "Reflections" is an open invitation to immerse themselves in the lyricism and sound of a band that constantly explores the boundaries of the rock genre.

Pushing Daisy, a Copenhagen based Post Grunge and Hardrock band

Being a long time project of songwriter Roelof Witmans and drummer Christian Holst Ebert, Pushing Daisy has been a work in progress from before the turn of the millennium when the two, then teenagers, found a common musical ground.

With obvious inspiration from the Seattle 90´s grunge music scene, Pushing Daisy stands out with their own original and honest material and their own recognizable sound. Pushing Daisy was officially formed in 2007 and started as an upcoming underground band with a burning desire to play live music. Since then they have played countless concerts around Denmark, from small venues to large venues like Lille Vega and Store Vega in Copenhagen. In early 2019 Christian and Roelof began to take the first steps towards the release of their first full length album Reflections, recorded in their own established studio in the heart of busy Copenhagen. Prior to the self mixed and recorded album Reflections, Pushing Daisy released the 2014 single and self produced music video Sleepwalker. Pushing Daisy`s fondness for the old school sound, that identified a whole generation, permeates their soundscape. Nostalgic and prehistoric perhaps, but the content and themes are still highly relevant today.
